Excellent service! Don saw that my oak tree was in bad shape, scheduled me quickly, and was able to take care of the tree in my back yard – and the access was not easy. The debris was removed and I didn’t have to deal with hauling everything off or cleaning up afterward. I have no doubt who I will call back if I need another tree removed.
We got hit with a tornado and had about 7 huge trees that were either down or damaged to the point where they needed to be taken down. Had a huge number of tree companies come by to give me quotes. Out of all them, Don at United Arbor came across as the most honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. He and his crew did a fantastic job.
Very professional and promptly arrived on schedule. Pricing was fair but I liked his long term experience in tree trimming work. The process was easy and Don asked me several times to check the work to make sure he met my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for your tree trimming needs. I had a great experience with this company and its owner Don Matthews. He explained everything, arrived on time, cleaned up all the debris, and no hidden charges/extra fees. He brought his team and they knocked down my huge tree. I did this before hurricanes start passing through. I was afraid it would land on my house or worse- my neighbor’s property and the damage would be much higher. Thanks Don!
